انجمن حمایت از توانخواهان جسمی ذهنی فردا با 18سال سابقه در حوزه معلولیت و توانمند سازی و با هدف حمایت همه جانبه از جامعه معلولین و خانواده هایشان توسط تعدادی از خانواده هایی که خود دارای فرزند معلول بوده و متخصصین که شامل مغز و اعصاب مشاور ، روانشناس ، حقوقدان ،جامعه شناس و عده ای از توانمندان جامعه در بهمن ماه 1382 شروع به فعالیت کرد و در تاریخ 27/5/1384 موفق به دریافت مجوز از وزارت کشور به شماره ثبت 1724 در دو شعبه واقع در ایران- اصفهان فعالیت میکند. محور اصلی برنامه های این انجمن به سه دسته توانمندسازی توانخواهان ،خانواده و تغییر نگرش جامعه تقسیم می‌شود که از جمله آنها میتوان به برگزاری کلاس های کاردرمانی توانبخشی ورزشی و حرکات اصلاحی آوا درمانی تئاتر درمانی هنر درمانی برای توانخواهان ، مشاوره های انفرادی ، گروهی و خانوادگی برای شناسایی و رفع مشکلات و آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی به خانواده ها ، برپایی همایش ها نمایشگاه ها انتشار مجلات و برگزاری بازارچه ها، ساخت کلیپ،تله فیلم و فیلم کوتاه برای شناخت و آشنایی جامعه با توانخواهان اشاره نمود.
